아침에 일찍출근해서 자유게시판(이름이 조금은 낮설지만, freeboard는 우리 상업시간에 free on board:F.O.B로 유명한)에 들어가 보니 종덕이가 우리의 삶과 관계업는 서양의 미숙한 학자들(전체적으로 조명하기보다는 자신이 아는 하나의 이론적 사실만 최고라고 앞서우는)이야기나 할모양이군 하고 들어가 보니 이번엔 좀다르네. 종덕이 말대로 중년의 성숙한 냄새가 나는군. 사실 내가 지난 5월 17일 토요일부터 5월 22일까지 급성심근경색으로 현대아산병원에서 간단한 수술을 거친후 퇴원을 했지. 병원에 한 일주일 입원해 있다보니 별생각이 다들더라구. 난생 처음으로 이제 이나이에는 죽을수도 있구나. 이젠 삶에 대해서 조금은 진지하게 조심스럽게 대하자는 생각 등등을 했지. 그래 오늘 아침에 종덕이가 쓴 글을 보고 동감했어. 이제 우리는 어쩔수 없는 중년이구나. 이 때 처신을 잘하면 새로운 기회를 얻는 것이고 절 대처하지 못하면 다기오는 삶의 무게에 우리가 함몰해버릴 것야 이번 일요일 용인에서 보자 [원본글] I can't type Korean in this free board so I have to write in English. My lovely wife got mammay caner. This sudden very sad new made me very embarrass and crazy. However, the operation was very successful. Now my wife is O.K. Thanks to my GOD! There is no middle life without crisis for everyone, but this kind of suffering makes me very mature and strong and I could have some better chance to understand other people who are suffering. All my friends, let's forget about midlife crisis and replace midlife crisis with midlife change. Let's face the change and love each other!!! Lee Jong Durk
